Groundbreaking - again!

When the EQi was published in 1997, it was heralded as the “world’s first scientifically-validated emotional intelligence measure”.

Since then, EQi has changed lives as part of coaching and development programmes across the world. But 14 years is a long time, and the model, reporting system and report formats were beginning to look dated.

So, in July 2011, EQi2.0 was launched, setting new standards in EQ assessment:
